She was almost unknown a year ago. Now Pippa Middleton's name is so familiar around the world that she has even been made the subject of her very own documentary.
TLC today released the first trailer for the show, which airs in the U.S. next Tuesday.
Hailing her a 'global phenomenon' with 'X factor charisma', it describes how she shot to fame at her sister's wedding to Prince William in April.
Her Royal Hotness: Pippa Middleton, pictured at her sister's wedding in April, is to be the subject of a new documentary, to air on TLC next week
One commentator says in the clip: 'There was almost a gasp across the world - who's that girl.'
Another adds: 'Suddenly it was all about Pippa. She single-handedly crashed Twitter!'
The documentary has already been heavily hyped since the cable channel suggested, tantalisingly, that the it will discuss Miss Middleton's relationship with Prince Harry.
But details released by TLC that her new brother-in-law refers to her as a 'foxy filly' is likely to be as salacious as it gets.
'Global phenomenon': The documentary describes how Miss Middleton she shot to fame as maid of honour at her sister's wedding to Prince William in April
While the show promises to reveal details about Miss Middleton from 'those closest to her', the Duchess of Cambridge is highly unlikely to be among those divulging details.
And since Pippa herself is yet to make a television appearance and certainly would not have taken part in the production of the show, it is difficult to imagine what the programme can report that our Pippa-obsessed nations do not already know.
One detail that will certainly be covered is the gown she wore for the Royal Wedding, made by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.
Affectionate nickname: The documentary will claim that Harry, pictured joking with his new sister-in-law at the royal wedding, calls Pippa Middleton 'foxy filly'
Described in the trailer as 'the infamous dress that earned her the title Her Royal Hotness', it sparked a phenomenal response on social networking sites, including a 230,000-strong Facebook fan group dedicated to her derriere.
What is also true is the network's claim that Pippa is Britain's 'most eligible bachelorette' - although no doubt longtime boyfriend Alex Loudon will baulk at the term.
No doubt he would like to think of his girlfriend as very much spoken f dailymail.co.uk
